About Evnex
The story of Evnex traces back to 2012 when Ed Harvey, driven by a passion for electric mobility, embarked on the conversion of his Honda Accord into an electric vehicle during the final year of his Electronics Engineering Degree. Faced with the limited and expensive charging options available at the time, Ed founded Evnex in 2014 to address this gap in the market.
Fast forward to the present day, and Evnex has evolved into New Zealand's premier full-service provider of intelligent charging solutions. With a dedicated team of 40 professionals, the company has successfully installed close to 5000 chargers in homes and businesses across Australasia, setting a benchmark for reliability and excellence in the industry.

The E2 charges your EV fast (up to 40km of range per hour) while actively monitoring your home's total energy use. It's the only EV charger in New Zealand that accurately tracks your charging emissions and gives you insights to help charge from cleaner electricity. The E2 also comes solar-ready to help reduce charging costs.
With over 450 installs already in place, the Evnex commercial model offers a charging solution for workplaces, employees in-house, work fleets, and multi-tenanted commercial buildings and apartments. The range is designed for organisations to easily self manage access control, report on activity, and have visibility of their EV charger fleet if required.
